		<Abstract>This abstract introduces an innovative paradigmfor computer interaction that substitutes traditional inputmodalities such as physical mice and touch displays withHand Tracking and Gestures Our system which wasconstructed using the Open CV library and Pythonimplements computer vision techniques in order to monitorhand movements that are captured by a webcamSophisticated gesture recognition algorithms are utilized toconvert these hand movements into mouse controls therebyoperations in an intuitive manner Additionally our systemexpands its practicality beyond the conventional capabilitiesof the mouse by integrating hand gestures for volumecontrol thus enhancing the overall user experience Byleveraging sophisticated computer vision methods thisstrategy integrates gestural input into computingenvironments in a seamless manner resulting in a moreuserfriendly and effective interaction paradigm Through theutilization of gesture recognition and hand tracking oursystem showcases the capacity to fundamentally transformparadigms of humancomputer interaction especially insituations where conventional input techniques may prove tobe laborious or unfeasible</Abstract>
